In 1986 I picked up my first SLR, a 35mm Canon AE1. This was a gift from my family. At first I took photos of friends and family, then of places to which I've traveled.
Fast forward 3 years - my High School yearbook teacher asked me to photograph the sporting events at our school due to all 3 school cameras being stolen. I agreed, and so began my love of photographing sporting events.
My family did not take many photographs of me playing as a young athlete, so my hope is to offer others the opportunity to have their memories captured.
I am constantly challenging myself to learn new techniques and pushing myself to the edge of my comfort level in order to grow as a photographer. Photography is my passion and this website is my opportunity to share my work with you. |
